questa sfida sar\u00e0 gestita con un approccio organizzato e strutturato, tramite un gruppo di lavoro competente che si concentrer\u00e0 unicamente sulla formazione del candidato e sulla preparazione delle difficili selezioni europee e della finale mondiale di Lione.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019Accademia Bocuse d\u2019Or Italia si trova ad Alba, in Piemonte, centro di un territorio che fa dell\u2019eccellenza enogastronomica uno dei suoi core values e che, da sempre, difende ed esporta in tutto il mondo la tradizione Gastronomica Italiana.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il Training center si trova a Verona all\u2019interno degli spazi di Zorzi \u2013 La Bottega dello Chef, dove \u00e8 stato costruito un box di gara con le stesse dimensioni
